A 30% cancellation fee is required regardless if the purchase cancellation was completed by the customer or by ATG due to any cicumstances.

All Deposits made for purchases are non-refundable if customer cancels his purchase.

Bei Stornierung einer Bestellung oder eines Kaufs fallen in jeden Fall 30% Stornogebuehren an.
